At Deep Steep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
